Registration Policies & Cancellation
  • Each delegate must complete a separate registration form.
  • Payment must accompany registration form to be registered. Registrations without payment will not be processed.
  • Purchase orders are not accepted.

  • All amounts are listed in Canadian Dollars CAD. For current Canadian exchange rates visit the Bank of Canada website www.bankofcanada.ca
  • All returned NSF cheques and credit cards may be charged a $35 fee.
  • Confirmations: If you registered online confirmations and receipts are issued at the time of registration-if you register by fax, telephone or mail-confirmations and receipts will be sent by return fax or mail.
  • Receipts will be issued by ICDR Inc. on behalf of the Traffic Safety Conference. Please check your receipts and statements carefully.
  • *Add 5% Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) to registration fee. Government and Corporations may be GST exempt and must provide their GST exemption number, provided by the Government of Canada.

    Cancellations

  • We have a flexible cancellation policy, understanding that situations arise which prevent a delegate from participating in the conference. Prior to August 1, 2011 you may request a refund of the amount paid less a $50 processing fee provided you make your request in writing. After August 1, 2011 you may substitute another individual at no charge but refunds will not be allowed.
